Description: After childbearing this patient complained of excess skin and drooping breasts. She desired “perkier” breasts with removal of the excess skin and an increase in breast size. Dr. Lu performed a vertical pattern breast lift to improve the shape of her breasts. At the same time, she underwent placement of moderate profile saline implants filled to 240cc on the right and 250cc on the left. She went from a 36C to a 36D/DD. She is very pleased with her new higher, fuller breasts and acceptable scar pattern.

Description: In her consultation with Dr. Lu, the patient explained she would like to correct the "droop" as well as the volume loss in her breasts. She was a 36A and wanted to be a full C. With Dr. Lu's assistance, she chose bilateral 250cc Mentor Smooth Round implants inflated to 260cc on the right and 275cc on the left. Dr. Lu placed these implants underneath her chest wall muscles. The patient simultaneously underwent a vertical or "lollipop" style breast lift.

She is very pleased with her new higher, fuller breasts.
