This did not concern her enough to want the additional scars from a mastopexy. She selected moderate profile 210cc saline implants filled to 240cc through the inframammary approach in the subpectoral location. She is very pleased with her selection. Note that her nipple areolar complexes remain in the same position before and after surgery. The slight nipple asymmetry could have been improved with a mastopexy (breast lift) but would require additional scars.

After considering several sizes she selected the moderate profile 210cc moderate profile implants filled to 240cc on the right and 230cc on the left. Her postoperative bra size was 32C or 34B. Her baseline mild nipple asymmetry is slightly magnified by her augmentation (she did not notice), and this is often the case. Nipples cannot be moved in position without additional scarring (see mastopexy).
