Description: After 2 children delivered by csection, this patient was left with an apron of excess skin and fat, together with loose abdominal muscles and stretch marks, mostly on her lower abdomen. She underwent full abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal wall and relocation of the umbilicus with Dr. Lu as well as back and hip liposuction. Most of her stretch marks were removed with her abdominoplasty. She went from a size 8 to a size 4 in pants and is very happy with her new figure.

She underwent full abdominoplasty with tightening of her abdominal wall muscles and is pleased her smooth, flat abdominal contour. She also had her umbilical hernia repaired at the same time by Dr. Lu. Occasionally, Dr. Lu will perform the tummy tuck in conjunction with a hernia repair by a general surgeon.

She went from a size 16 to a size 10 in pants and recently took her new figure on a trip to the Mediterranean.
